Our Systems
There are a few different systems & applications we use here at Morgan & Morgan.
Below you will find a list of those systems along with information on helping you get logged in.
In order to log into the systems listed below, you will use your Single Sign-On (SSO) credentials.
Your SSO credentials are the username and password sent to you via text message this morning, often referred to as your Morgan & Morgan credentials, and will be used to sign into most applications & systems.
Litify
Litify is our Case Management Platform.
It offers a suite of tools to help us manage our cases, clients, documents, and much more.
The Litify Platform includes features such as case management, intake and referral management, document management, time and billing management, reporting and analytics, and collaboration tools.
No more jumping around from system to system. You can even text your clients straight from their case!
Microsoft 365
Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, you name it. Most of our day to day is powered using Microsoft products.
You can access the Microsoft Portal using your Single Sign-On (SSO) credentials by clicking on the button below.
Phones
Here at Morgan & Morgan we use a mix of both physical phones and soft phones.
Most employees will have both a desk phone, and the ability to place and receive phone calls via Microsoft Teams.
Salaried employees have the ability to install Microsoft Teams on their personal mobile device. This means that you will be able to place and receive phone calls from your mobile device using your work extension and phone number, allowing you to stay in contact with your clients without having to give out your personal number.
IMPORTANT: You must have Microsoft Teams open and be signed in to receive phone calls.
If you do not have Teams open and logged in, incoming calls will route straight to voicemail.
